Residential Permanent Lighting in Albuquerque
Year-round, app-controlled lighting for your home: warm white every evening, color for every holiday, and never another ladder.
Residential Lighting That Stays Up Year-Round
Your home should look as good at night as it does in the afternoon sun. Permanent lighting gives you a clean, low-profile line of light along the roofline, parapets, walls and patio that stays up year-round and changes with a tap on your phone.
Whether you live in a pitched-roof ranch in the Northeast Heights, a Pueblo Revival home with stucco parapets or a newer two-story build on the Westside, our local Albuquerque crew designs the system around your house, installs it once and makes sure it's ready for every holiday, game night and ordinary evening after.

What Permanent Lighting Replaces
The yearly ladder climb
Hanging lights every November and taking them down every January means hours on a ladder in the cold, and one more chance for a fall.
Tangled boxes and dead strands
Seasonal lights fade in the high-desert sun, break in the wind and end up in a garage bin that never quite closes.
Lights for only a few weeks
You do all that work for one season, and the rest of the year the house goes dark again.
Flat roofs and parapets
Many Albuquerque homes don't have a simple gutter line to clip lights onto, which makes DIY lighting awkward and messy.
Visibility, Curb Appeal & Simpler Seasons
Curb appeal every night
A soft warm-white glow makes the house look finished, welcoming and cared for from the street, every night of the year.
Every holiday, no extra work
Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth, Balloon Fiesta and game days are all a saved scene away. Schedule them weeks ahead.
Invisible by day
Track that's color-matched to your trim or stucco blends in during daylight, so the house looks the same until the lights come on.

Residential Lighting FAQs
What parts of my home can have permanent lighting?
Most homes start with the roofline or parapets, since that's what people see from the street. From there you can add block and courtyard walls, patios, portals and pergolas, landscape accents, and warm-white security lighting at entries and driveways. Everything runs from the same app, and we can set up separate zones so each area can have its own scene.
How long does a residential install take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the home. Many single-story homes are a straightforward install, while multi-story homes, complex parapets or homes with several add-ons take longer. We'll give you a clear schedule with your quote and keep you posted on the day of the install so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to be home during installation?
We like to have you there at the start to confirm the layout and controller location and at the end to walk through the app together. In between, our crew can work without you as long as we have access to the exterior and the power location. We'll make sure you're comfortable with the app before we leave.
Can you help with HOA approval?
We can't guarantee approval, since every association has its own rules, but we help prepare the design details, photos and product information most architectural review committees ask for. Many HOAs are receptive because the track is low-profile and the everyday look is a subtle warm white. We'll work with you on the submission.
