Commercial Permanent Lighting in Albuquerque
Building outline and storefront lighting that stays up year-round, runs your brand colors and switches to holiday scenes without a lift in the parking lot.
Commercial Lighting That Stays Up Year-Round
Your building is working for you all day. Permanent lighting lets it keep working after dark. A clean outline of light along the roofline, parapet and storefront makes your business easier to spot from the road and gives customers a reason to look twice.
Unlike seasonal commercial Christmas lighting, our system is installed once and stays up. Run your brand colors most of the year, switch to holiday scenes in December, and schedule everything from one app. No lift rentals, no yearly install crews and no storage closet full of tangled strands.

What Permanent Lighting Replaces
Lift rentals every season
Lighting a commercial roofline usually means renting a lift, scheduling around business hours and blocking part of your lot.
Install and removal labor
Paying a crew to put lights up and take them down every year adds up, and it's money spent on something you only enjoy for a few weeks.
Storage and replacement
Seasonal displays take up storage space, and strands damaged by UV and wind need replacing year after year.
Ladder and lift liability
Having employees or vendors on ladders and lifts introduces safety risk you'd rather not manage every holiday season.
Brand colors are hard to get right
Off-the-shelf seasonal lights don't match your brand, and custom displays are expensive to redo each year.
Visibility, Curb Appeal & Simpler Seasons
Stand out after dark
A crisp line of light along your building makes it easier to find from the street and helps you stand out on a busy corridor.
Your brand, in light
Program your brand colors as the everyday scene and switch to promotions, holidays or community events whenever you like.
Install once
One professional installation replaces the yearly cycle of lift rentals, install crews and takedowns.
Manage from anywhere
Schedules, scenes and zones are controlled from an app, so managers can update the building without a service call.

Commercial Lighting FAQs
Can permanent lighting match our brand colors?
Yes. Each light can be set to a wide range of colors, and we'll work with you to dial in a scene that matches your brand as closely as possible. That becomes your everyday look, and you can switch to holiday, promotional or community scenes from the app anytime. We can also save multiple brand-approved scenes for managers to use.
How do you schedule a commercial install around business hours?
We plan the installation around your operations. That may mean working early, staging equipment away from entrances or splitting the job across multiple days. During the site walk, we'll review parking, access, power and any landlord or property manager requirements so the install creates as little disruption as possible.
We lease our space. Can we still install permanent lighting?
Often, yes, with your landlord's or property manager's approval. We can provide a design summary, mounting details and product information to help with that conversation. The low-profile track and clean installation tend to be easier to approve than seasonal displays, but the final decision rests with your lease and property owner.
What affects the cost of commercial permanent lighting?
Key factors include total linear footage, building height and access, roof type such as parapet or pitched, the number of zones and controllers, power availability, and any landlord requirements. We'll do a site walk, measure, and provide a written proposal. We don't publish price lists because every commercial property is different.
